If I have a Ni-Cd (Nickel-Cadmium) battery, can I use Ni-Mh (Nickel-Metal-Hydride) cells?

Currently there is no sale of batteries based on Ni-Cd cells, they are replaced by Ni-Mh cells which are less harmful to the environment. These cells can be used interchangeably, so we can use the Ni-Mh battery in exchange for the Ni-Cd battery.

Power tools are a wide range of devices that are able to significantly speed up renovation and construction work. Without many of them, work cannot move forward, which often results in costly downtime and delays. The power tools are comfortable to use thanks to their large battery capacity, ensuring that the device functions properly in virtually any position. However, even the most efficient battery will eventually run out and start to lose its capacity. This can be easily noticed when the tool spends more and more time connected to the charging cable and the time of its effective use is noticeably shortened.

What kind of power tool beter to buy?

In such moments, it is much better to replace the battery than to try to buy a new tool. A battery does not have to be bought only when the old one fails. In order to save time in the future, it is worth investing in a spare power tool battery that is fully compatible with the device and will quickly provide it with the necessary energy. In this way, you don't have to take a charge interval during operation, just change the battery quickly.
